You need at least a mouse to play this game. It won't work on a touch screen.
When the aim indicator is green 
you can shoot. When red 
you can not.
It is not possible to shoot while moving.
Once a projectile 
has been fired, you have to wait for it to fly offscreen before you can fire another one.
You cannot aim at yourself.
